She met Tiffany Yee through her web site and that's where it all began. She met with BODY Statement trainers three times a week for weight training, once a week for nutrition, and also participated in some small group classes. The results of her hard work and dedication allowed her to reshape her body and go from 23.7% body fat to under 11% in four short months.

Our one-on-one instruction uses only state of the art equipment, and a variety of cardiovascular machines and weights, with a wide range of balance and flexibility apparatus. Showering facilities and dressing rooms are included.

Each client receives an exercise prescription based on their long and short term goals, medical history, as well as their existing physical condition. Each client can also receive nutritional consultation to improve eating habits and compliment their personal training program, which is overseen by their own private personal trainer.
