Custom Designed Training

Your BODY Statement Gym Personal Trainer will challenge you to reach your body shaping goals with structured One on One workout sessions. Your workouts will incorporate the latest and most productive techniques and principles, and will be structured depending on areas you need to gain lean muscle, lean out, develop shape, etc. for the maximum score from the judges. Your personal trainer will educate you on Proper exercise form, techniques like Supersets, Drop sets, Training cycles, when to increase the weight and how to isolate and strengthen individual muscles to prevent injuries. Our personal trainers make working out enjoyable and always teach commitment – and we are guaranteeing RESULTS.

We all need to be pushed...motivated...driven. These are elements that a BODY Statement Gym Personal Trainer contributes when working with our clients. The Trainer teaches you to focus on your goal of looking your best when you step on stage and how to stay motivated to reach it!

About BODY Statement Personal Training

Bigger muscles burn more calories than little muscles 24 hours a day. (One pound of muscle burns about ten calories a day, a pound of fat about three calories). Studies show the fat loss method of choice is weight training and cardio training combined!

We’ve created a unique series of training techniques with nutritional support that have created numerous fitness, physique and bodybuilding champions including Tiffany Yee, Ms Fitness USA 2008 and Susan Benz, Ms Fitness USA 2009. Our training techniques are also an effective way for business professionals, students, and clients with difficult workloads to get their goal of achieving a competition physique accomplished without putting in hours in the gym.

We can show you how….  train 30-60 minutes, 3 times a week with a good nutrition plan. You can make what you may have thought impossible come true in a short amount of time!

Small Group Training for Competitors - new sessions start soon
If you want to train for a fitness or figure competition or just look like a competitor, this is for you!
$199/ mo. - up to 3 sessions per week (12 for the month)
$299/ mo. - unlimited small group training sessions (up to 6 sessions per week)
$75 for 1 designated workout time per week (4 sessions/mo.)
$25 rate for a single session

Mondays/Fridays 12:15pm - Competitor weight training
Wednesdays 6pm
- Competitor weight training
Tuesdays/Thursdays 6am - Competitor weight training
Fridays 6am-6:30am - am group cardio session

Learn how to create a fitness competitor type physique by building lean muscle shape in your shoulders and lats, glutes or any area that may need some work. Learn from Ms Fitness USA, Tiffany Yee, and the BODY statement Trainers how to isolate each muscle group and get the most of your weight training workout. At Friday 6am cardio sessions, learn from Ms Fitness USA, Tiffany Yee, how to get the most out of a cardiovascular workout and burn fat effectively. You will have fun while you train with new fitness friends!

Posing Sessions

You have that one opportunity on stage to show all of your hard work - working out in the gym and dieting for months.

Don’t “lose it” on stage by not being prepared in knowing how to pose correctly. The competitor with the best physique does not necessarily get the highest scores. It is most often the competitor that learns how to properly pose to highlight their strongest areas and to pose their weaker areas to be presented at their best.

Don’t walk on stage with anything less than a professional appearance under the stage lights.

Choreography & Fitness Routine Skills Workshop

You will learn choreography to fit your style, skills and drills to improve strength and flexibility, get feedback to improve your current routine, learn what the judges are REALLY looking for. (Fit For Life, Fitness America, IFSB, NPC, all organizations). You can learn a 60 second fitness routine to compete in the Fit For Life Novice fitness division).

Fitness Tip

Rev Up Your Cardio Training.

Try revving up your cardio training with higher intensity workouts instead of low-intensity, long-duration aerobic exercise. Research shows that high-intensity training burns fat more efficiently than low-intensity exercise (up to 50% more efficiently.) It also speeds up your metabolism and the calories will continue to "burn off" up to one hour after your workout (as long as we don’t eat for one hour after our exercise session).
