Group Nutrition Workshops:
-  Ms Fitness USA, Tiffany Yee's Nutrition Programming, and the Tiffany's Fitness Body Transformation Team will keep you accountable every week.
-  Understanding and analysis of your current eating habits

-  Learn to create an eating plan that works

- 9 Site Body Fat test using calipers every 4 weeks

- 2 workouts per week with one of Tiffany's Fitness' certified personal trainers to add variety on top of your own weight training
