About BODY Statement Personal Training
BODY Statement Gym has formulated its training sessions to include high intensity weight training with a guided cardio session. This has been a very effective way for our clients to drop body fat and maintain or build muscle at the same time.

This is also an effective way for business professionals, students, and clients with difficult workloads to get their goals accomplished without putting hours in the gym.

We can show you how….  train 30 minutes, 2 times a week with a good nutrition plan. You can make what you may have thought impossible come true in a short amount of time!

Learn from Ms Fitness USA, Tiffany Yee, and the BODY statement Trainers how to isolate each muscle group and get the most of your weight training workout. At Friday 6am cardio sessions, learn from Ms Fitness USA, Tiffany Yee, how to get the most out of a cardiovascular workout and burn fat effectively. You will have fun while you train with new fitness friends!
